Reconnect Austin

This is pretty fascinating - it's a proposal to redesign I-35 (with all it's traffic woes) -AND- to reconnect Downtown with East Austin at the same time. All for a cool $600 million (which is probably low). Nevertheless, I'd love to see something like this happen here...
